RefiForge: Secure Loan Portfolio Intelligence
RefiForge is a working, JCI-owned platform for loan portfolio data, designed for security from transfer to analysis. Built on Microsoft Azure with Microsoft Entra ID, it gives lenders, servicers and portfolio buyers one governed source of truth for every loan. It is stable and built for enterprise scale.
- Loan tape ingestion: files load into the RefiForge database in Azure through a controlled, repeatable pipeline.
- Field mapping: source fields map to one consistent data model, so every tape lands clean and comparable.
- PII designation and protection: sensitive fields are flagged at intake and secured with Entra ID role-based access controls.
